These terms explain the rules for using Brent & Co. and connected products. We wrote them to be readable while still protecting the people and platforms in this ecosystem.

Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using Brent & Co. or connected products, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
User Accounts
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account information current, and use your own credentials or approved sign-in method.
Account Security
You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Connected Products
Brent & Co. may provide shared authentication or account access for products including Let’s Cook Y’all, Find The Beat, and Second Chance Careers. Each product may have its own features, rules, and community expectations.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the services respectfully, lawfully, and in a way that does not harm the platforms or other people. You may not misuse the services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, upload malicious code, harass others, impersonate someone, violate intellectual property rights, or use the services for unlawful activity.
User-Generated Content
You may be able to submit profile information, posts, uploads, recipes, messages, career materials, comments, images, audio, video, or other content. You are responsible for the content you submit and must have the rights needed to share it.
Ownership of User Content
You keep ownership of content you submit, subject to the license below. Brent & Co. does not claim ownership of your original user content simply because you submit it to a product.
License to Host and Display Content
You grant Brent & Co. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, publish, and distribute your submitted content as needed to operate, provide, improve, and promote the services and connected products.
Brent & Co. Intellectual Property
Brent & Co. names, logos, designs, software, interfaces, written materials, and brand elements are owned by Brent & Co. or its licensors. You may not copy or use them except as allowed by the services or with permission.
Copyright and Infringement Complaints
If you believe content on a Brent & Co. product infringes your copyright or other rights, contact us with enough information to identify the content, explain your claim, and allow us to respond.
Third-Party Services
The services may link to or depend on third-party services, including authentication, hosting, analytics, payment, maps, media, or external websites. Brent & Co. is not responsible for third-party services or their terms.
Service Availability
We work to keep services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, pause, or stop as products grow, improve, or require maintenance.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these terms, created risk, misused a product, or acted in a way that harms users, Brent & Co., or connected services.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The Last Updated date shows the latest revision. Continued use of the services after updates means you accept the revised terms.
Disclaimers
The services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Brent & Co. disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Brent & Co. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Brent & Co. harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your misuse of the services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
